Đoàn Lê Văn Duyệt được thành lập tại Sài Gòn

Tổng Cục Hướng Đạo Nam Kỳ thành hình và xuất bản tập chí Hướng Đạo

Hội Nghị Trưởng tại Costa Mesa (Hoa Kỳ) thành lập HĐTU-HĐVN theo sư hổ trợ của
WOSM và BSA để tái lập và thống nhất phong trào Hướng Đạo Việt Nam tại hải ngoại
Following the Leaders Conference in Costa Mesa (USA), ICCVS was established at
the request of WOSM and BSA to coordinate Vietnamese Scouting in the diaspora
